We take pride in crafting your masterpiece. All our domestic orders within India are shipped on a complimentary basis via premium courier partners.

• Ready to Ship: Dispatched within 24–48 hours. Delivery takes 3–5 business days.
• Made to Order: Dispatched within 10–14 business days, depending on the intricacies of the embroidery and handwork.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS to follow your package's journey.

Belloraa ships globally to bring our heritage craftsmanship to your doorstep. We use DHL Express and FedEx for seamless international deliveries.

• Delivery Time: Standard international delivery takes 7–12 business days post-dispatch.
• Duties & Taxes: All international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. The customer is responsible for any local customs duties or taxes applicable in their region.

At Belloraa, every piece is subjected to stringent quality checks. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and retain all original tags and magnetic packaging.
• Custom & Made-to-Order: Pieces customized to your measurements are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
